What’s Included:

1- GP Consultation

Scheduled on the first Friday after your visit (face-to-face or virtual). Your GP will review your blood and ultrasound results, discuss symptoms such as pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, or bloating, and recommend next steps or specialist referrals

2- Pelvic Ultrasound Scan

• Same-day scan performed by a female sonographer upon request
• Non-invasive transabdominal and/or transvaginal imaging to evaluate:
• Ovaries: cysts, masses, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
• Uterus: fibroids, endometrial thickness, structural changes
• Free pelvic fluid or other abnormalities
• Radiology report provided within 24 hours

3- Blood Profile (24 Biomarkers): 

• Full Blood Count (FBC) & ESR (infection/inflammation)
• Kidney function: Urea, Electrolytes, Creatinine, eGFR
• Liver function: ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, Bilirubin, Albumin, Globulin
• Bone health: Calcium, Phosphate, Uric Acid, Magnesium
• Metabolic: Glucose, Triglycerides, Cholesterol, Iron (TIBC)
• C-Reactive Protein (CRP): Detects active inflammation; useful for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or endometriosis
