1. GP Consultation

Held on the first Friday after your tests (in-person or virtual).
Includes a detailed explanation of your ultrasound and blood test results,
with tailored medical advice for symptoms such as tiredness, frequent infections,
or unexplained spleen enlargement (splenomegaly).

2. Spleen Ultrasound Scan

A safe and painless scan that evaluates the size, structure, and blood flow of the spleen.
It helps identify enlargement (splenomegaly), cysts, infections, injuries, circulation problems,
and abnormal tissue. No radiation is used. The scan is performed on the same day, with a detailed report available within 24 hours.

3. Blood Test Profile

Broad biochemistry and haematology assessment, including:

Full Blood Count (FBC), ESR – identifies anaemia, infection, and blood cell abnormalities
Urea & Electrolytes, Liver Function Tests, Albumin, Total Protein – monitors organs commonly affected by spleen-related conditions
C-Reactive Protein (CRP): Detects acute or chronic inflammation and supports evaluation of immune system activity.
EBVA – Epstein-Barr Virus Antibodies: Screens for Epstein-Barr virus, a common cause of spleen enlargement and prolonged fatigue.
Helps distinguish between recent and past infection.
