Broad biochemistry and haematology assessment, including:
- Full Blood Count (FBC), ESR – identifies anaemia, infection, and blood cell abnormalities
- Urea & Electrolytes, Liver Function Tests, Albumin, Total Protein – monitors organs commonly affected by spleen-related conditions
